TFP Fitness Customer Satisfaction

At TFP Fitness, our main goal is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. This includes everything from the quality of our products, to the speed and helpfulness of our customer service. 

Warranty

Our equipment is built for Results.

All equipment comes with a standard 12 month manufacturer warranty for mechanical failure. For any major mechanical failure within a reasonable time period we will replace the item for free upon inspection (usually by requesting photos or videos of the failure)

We are not required to honour a product's warranty if the equipment has been used incorrectly; not as advised; in a destructive manner or assembled incorrectly.

 

Returns

TFP Fitness offers a 7 day money back guarantee for any change of mind decisions. All items must be unused or unbuilt, and returned in their original packaging. 

Simply send us an email saying that you would like to return your items, and we will provide you with instructions.

Please also note that freight costs will be borne by the buyer for change of mind returns.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do all we can to find a solution.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
