Shipping and Delivery
At TFP Fitness, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Times
* All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
* During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
* Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the purchase has been successfully placed.
* A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Locations
TFP Fitness currently ships within Australia only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the courier, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors.
* Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
* Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Local Pickup
TFP Fitness also offers local pickup for customers located in town.
Customers wishing to collect their order can contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time.
Please refer to our opening hours or contact us directly to organise collection.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
* Delivery location
* Package size and weight
* Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
Freight & Delivery Conditions
TFP Fitness uses third-party carriers for freight delivery. While delivery is generally door-to-door, this depends on carrier serviceability and network limitations.
In some regional, rural, or remote areas, direct delivery may not be possible and freight may instead be sent to a local depot or freight agent for customer collection.
Shipping charges paid at checkout do not guarantee door-to-door delivery.
TFP Fitness is not responsible for any additional time, travel, accommodation, or costs incurred where customer collection is required due to carrier limitations.
Where possible, TFP Fitness will notify customers and assist with available delivery or collection options.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these delivery conditions.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before completing their purchase.
TFP Fitness is not responsible for:
* Delays caused by incorrect shipping information
* Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
* Additional shipping costs incurred from returned or redirected parcels
If an order has not yet been shipped, customers should contact support immediately to request address corrections.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.
If your parcel is:
* Lost
* Significantly delayed
* Delivered damaged
Please contact TFP Fitness within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting information.
We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.
TFP Fitness is not liable for delays caused by:
* Courier disruptions
* Customs clearance
* Natural disasters
* Weather events
* Public holidays
* Other circumstances outside our control
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to TFP Fitness due to:
* Incorrect address details
* Failure to collect the parcel
* Rejected delivery
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
Products marked as pre-order or backorder may have extended shipping timeframes.
Estimated dispatch dates for these items will be displayed on the product page where applicable.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.
