Medicine Ball

Medicine ball is a great tool for a complete body workout. It can be used to strengthen shoulders back arms abs legs as well as improving core trunk strength. It also makes an exceptional abdominal exercise too to create rock hard abs.

Unlike wall balls, our medicine balls don't conform to a 35cm consistent diameter. The ball size increases with weight, so users with smaller grips might find lighter, smaller balls to their liking.

Please note: These medicine balls are NOT designed to be used as slam balls. We also stock Slam Balls which are specifically for floor slams and wall throws.
